At Go Helpie, our story is rooted in a deep commitment to community and a firsthand understanding of its challenges. As long standing active volunteers across diverse fields, often holding executive positions in community organisations, we experienced the unpredictable nature of volunteer availability. In times of plenty, organisations thrived, but during downturns, they teetered on the brink of closure. Recognising the need for a central hub of active volunteers accessible to all, we envisioned Go Helpie. Our platform leverages technology to overcome barriers to volunteering, connecting volunteers and organisations seamlessly. With a shared vision and unwavering determination, we embarked on a heartfelt mission to uplift communities of all sizes, encouraging public involvement in volunteering and empowering organisations to redefine how they seek assistance for better engagement and impact. Together, we strive to support their ongoing growth and foster meaningful change.
