Welcome to the Go Helpie community! We’re a volunteer platform helping community organisations across Australia connect with passionate local volunteers — and expanding into South East Queensland is something we’ve been looking forward to for a long time.
With a team member now based in the region, we’re focused on building real relationships with the incredible non-profits and community groups doing meaningful work on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane. We’re not here to offer a one-size-fits-all solution from a distance — we’re local, we’re present, and we’re genuinely invested in the community organisations making a difference in your area.
Go Helpie gives your organisation a simple, dedicated place to list volunteer opportunities, reach people in your local area who are actively looking to give their time, and manage your volunteer engagement without the usual administrative headache. We built the platform specifically for community organisations — so it’s straightforward to use and focused on the features that actually matter to your team.
We know how hard non-profits and community groups work, and we know that finding and retaining volunteers is one of the most persistent challenges you face. We’d love to show you what’s possible when you have the right platform supporting you.
If you’d like to learn more about how Go Helpie works or simply have a conversation about your organisation’s needs, reach out to our team. We’re here, we’re local, and we can’t wait to meet the incredible organisations doing such important work across South East Queensland.
In the meantime, take a look at some of the active volunteering opportunities and organisations we currently work with in Victoria to get a feel for what Go Helpie looks like in action.
